SITE SUPERVISOR

Summary

Provides supervision of time compliance “Depot” level maintenance, modifications and support of operational checks at field level on MHU-196 and MHU-204 Heavy Munitions Trailers in accordance with the Air Force technical directives, applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements.

Senior On-Site Supervisor supporting MHU-196 and MHU-204 Heavy Munitions Trailer TCTOs also responsible for multi-site operations including Barksdale AFB, LA; Minot AFB, ND and Temporary Duty (TDY) locations at Dyess AFB, TX; Edwards AFB, CA; Ellsworth AFB, SD; and Sheppard AFB, TX.

Essential Functions

  • Performs duties as primary interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and submits required reports
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Contract Field Team
  • Perform as primary interface with Corporate Program Management
  • Document and submitting Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
  • Perform as primary interface with Corporate Director of Quality submitting required reports
  • Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Duties

  • Submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Weekly Activity Report, Payroll, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc.
  • Provides local oversight of Quality Management System (QMS), training and safety programs
  • Accountable for assigned Company Owned Property, Government Furnished Property, and Government Furnished Equipment.
  • Documents work performed on appropriate forms, electronic database and definitive sheets, as required.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years Air Force Aviation Maintenance Program experience
  • 5+ years as Maintenance Officer, Senior Maintenance NCO or equivalent civilian management experience
  • 4+ years MHU-196 and/or MHU-204 or similar maintenance experience preferred
  • NACI and CAC required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged sitting or standing, use of a computer and office equipment, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires sufficient vision to read and review records and the ability to work in office and hangar environments while wearing required PPE.

Compensation

  • $88,000/year + $4.00 H&W/hour
