Accounting Manager-Up to 85K

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial records, reporting, budgeting support, payroll, and compliance for a commercial and multifamily property management company.

Key Responsibilities

·         Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger entries.

·         Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

·         Coordinate with outside accountants on tax filings and regulatory compliance.

·         Review invoices, monitor expenses, resolve discrepancies, and support internal controls.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

·         At least three years of accounting experience.

·         Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

·         Experience with RealPage, Yardi, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar software preferred.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.

Employment Details

·         Full-time, 40 hours per week

·         Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

·         Salary up to $85k, based on experience and skill level

·         Benefits: 15 days PTO in year one, 11 paid holidays, birthday off, and year-end bonus
