Automotive Lot Attendant

Easy Auto is hiring a full-time Lot Attendant / Porter at our Knoxville dealership. If you like staying busy, working outside, and taking pride in how things look and run, this is a great way to get your foot in the door at a growing, family-owned company. No dealership experience needed — we'll train you.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Enjoy your weekends off.

• Keep the lot organized, clean, and presentable — vehicles staged, lined up, and ready to show
• Move and shuttle inventory between locations, service, and detail
• Prep vehicles for customer delivery (fuel, wash, plates, walk-around ready)
• Handle light grounds and janitorial work to keep the property sharp
• Assist the sales and service teams with light mechanical tasks and other day-to-day needs
• Pitch in wherever the team needs a hand

• Valid driver's license and a clean, satisfactory driving record
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Some vehicle or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required

• $17–$20/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Monday–Friday schedule — weekends off
