About the Role
The Clinical Assessor – Admissions works closely with the Program Director to maintain the appropriate number of admissions while providing client-centered care focused on meeting the needs of clients. This role is responsible for conducting intake assessments, preparing admission packets, reviewing referral materials, and ensuring timely assignment of clients to clinicians while supporting efficient program admissions and service delivery.

Responsibilities
Ā·Ā Conduct clinical intake assessments for incoming clients
Ā·Ā Prepare and complete admission packets for new clients
Ā·Ā Review referral materials to ensure appropriate service placement
Ā·Ā Coordinate with the Program Director to maintain appropriate admission levels
Ā·Ā Ensure timely assignment of clients to clinicians
Ā·Ā Maintain accurate documentation and intake records
Ā·Ā Support client-centered care practices during the admissions process
Ā·Ā Communicate with internal teams regarding client referrals and program capacity
Ā·Ā Ensure admissions processes comply with state and contractual requirements
Ā·Ā Collaborate with program staff to facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients
Ā 
Required Qualifications
Ā·Ā Master’s degree in a Human Services field or related field of study
Ā·Ā Prior experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic treatment environment in compliance with state and/or contractual requirements
Ā·Ā Prior experience conducting clinical intake assessments
Ā·Ā CPR and First Aid certification OR willingness and ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications before working with clients
Ā·Ā Current driver’s license and valid auto insurance
