Your Role: Customer Service Representative. You’ll be the friendly, professional voice supporting customers with care and confidence. In this role, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Deliver clear, accurate information and solve problems efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance standards
- Collaborate with teammates and leaders who want to see you succeed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- A passion for helping others and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to obtain federal security clearance
Work Schedule
This role requires flexibility for evening shifts during busy seasons. Regular Hours of Operation (EST):
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday – Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Peak Seasons: January–March | July–August |OctoberÂ
