CNC Machinist - Wire EDM Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist with strong Wire EDM expertise to join our precision manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can start contributing with minimal training, focusing mainly on learning our specific products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and program CNC machines and Wire EDM equipment
Produce high-precision components according to complex technical drawings
Perform machine programming and editing (G-code and conversational)
Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC and EDM machines
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of proven experience operating and programming CNC and Wire EDM machines
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T
Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi or similar controls (Makino experience is a plus)
Proficiency with EDM software (Esprit or Mastercam preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
