Smoky Mountain Brewery is hiring Cooks to join our Knoxville team!

Love working in a fast-paced kitchen with a great crew? Smoky Mountain Brewery is looking for dependable, energetic Cooks who take pride in putting out great food and know how to keep things moving when the kitchen gets busy.

Whether you already have line cook experience or you're looking to build your kitchen skills, we want people who are ready to work hard, have some fun, and be part of a team.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards
• Set up and stock your station so you're ready for service
• Keep food temperatures, portions, and quality on point
• Work quickly and efficiently during busy shifts
• Learn new menu items, specials, and kitchen procedures
• Keep your station clean, organized, and sanitary
• Properly use and care for kitchen equipment
• Work alongside the rest of the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• A team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humor
• Dependable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous kitchen or line cook experience is preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and menu specifications
• Basic math skills and understanding of measurements and conversions
• Comfortable using a digital scale and thermometer
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with assistance for heavier items
• Someone who takes pride in quality, cleanliness, and teamwork
