The Supply Chain Coordinator role supports and coordinates critical supply chain activities including inventory control, batch order processing, production support, and purchasing coordination. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Materials Management - Maintain accurate inventory records including item, lot, batch, and location data - Coordinate inventory movements, adjustments, and reconciliations within the ERP system - Lead and support cycle counts and physical inventory activities - Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances Production & Batch Order Support - Create, review, and process batch orders in alignment with production schedules - Support production reporting and issue resolution related to materials - Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams Purchasing & Vendor Coordination - Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up - Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and shortages QualificationsWork Schedule & Availability This role requires schedule flexibility.
