Job DetailsJob Location: Revel Group - Knoxville, TN 37902Salary Range: $90,000.00   Director of Rides & Attractions Maintenance  Company: Revel Group  Location: Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, Tennessee  Job Summary  Revel Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Rides & Attractions Maintenance to provide leadership and oversight for the maintenance, safety, reliability, and long-term development of the company’s rides and attractions.  This position oversees maintenance operations across Anakeesta and WildSide, including two mountain coasters, Anakeesta and WildSide ziplines, the Anakeesta lift system, and various adventure elements. The Director leads through a team of specialized maintenance leaders, including the Coaster Maintenance Manager, Lift Maintenance Manager, and Adventure Maintenance Manager.  This role is responsible for establishing maintenance standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets and capital planning, developing maintenance leadership, and partnering with Operations, Safety, Engineering, Construction, and Executive Leadership to ensure attractions are safe, reliable, and operationally ready.  As Revel Group continues to grow, this position will also assume responsibility for future rides, attractions, expansions, and other related maintenance or development projects as assigned by Executive Leadership.  Key Responsibilities  Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all rides and attractions maintenance operations across Revel Group.  Lead and develop the Coaster, Lift, and Adventure Maintenance Managers and their teams.  Establish and maintain preventive maintenance, inspection, safety, and asset-management programs.  Ensure compliance with applicable ANSI, ASTM, NEC, OSHA, manufacturer requirements, and state/local regulations.  Oversee maintenance budgets, capital expenditures, major repairs, equipment purchases, and vendor relationships.  Develop long-term maintenance and capital improvement plans to maximize safety, reliability, and asset life.  Partner with Maintenance, Construction, Development, Operations, Safety, and Executive Leadership on new rides, attractions, expansions, and major projects.  Provide maintenance and technical input during the design, installation, commissioning, and opening of new attractions.  Establish maintenance standards, procedures, documentation, and training requirements across properties.  Monitor maintenance performance, downtime, work orders, inspections, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.  Lead or support investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions related to equipment failures or incidents.  Serve as a technical resource to Executive Leadership and a key member of emergency and operational leadership teams.  Assume oversight of additional future rides, attractions, maintenance initiatives, or development projects as Revel Group expands.  Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Leadership.    QualificationsQualifications  10+ years of progressive maintenance, engineering, rides, attractions, or industrial experience.  5+ years of leadership experience managing complex maintenance operations or multidisciplinary teams.  Experience in a theme park, amusement park, adventure attraction, resort, industrial, or similarly regulated environment preferred.  Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ride/attraction maintenance, and preventive maintenance programs.  Working knowledge of applicable safety and regulatory standards.  Experience managing budgets, capital projects, vendors, and major equipment purchases.  Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.  Ability to lead multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.  Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office.  Valid driver's license required.  Physical Requirements  Ability to lift 35+ lbs. and team-lift heavier equipment as needed.  Ability to walk, stand, climb, kneel, and work on uneven or mountainous terrain.  Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying outdoor conditions.  Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency call-ins as needed.  Revel Group Benefits  Competitive salary, starting at $90k and leadership-level benefits  Paid time off  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  Life insurance  401(k)  Free parking  Employee and family admission benefits  Employee discounts  Pass exchange program with area attractions  About Revel Group  Revel Group is a Knoxville-based management company overseeing more than 30 entities across entertainment, residential, and commercial properties throughout East Tennessee.
