Our engineers, designers, scientists, and technicians work together to help our clients reduce their environmental footprint while optimizing their resources. We are looking for a motivated and technically driven Entry-Level Civil/Environmental Engineer to join our growing solid waste engineering team.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience designing, permitting, and executing engineering projects that make a real impact. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Collaborating with senior engineers and designers on projects.
✅ Assisting in AutoCAD Civil 3D design for landfill and environmental projects.
✅ Conducting field visits to support engineering design and construction oversight.
✅ Preparing reports, calculations, and documentation for project deliverables.
✅ Supporting project planning, investigations, surveys, and compliance assessments.
✅ Participating in client meetings and learning how to manage projects from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
✔ 0-3 years of experience in engineering or a related field.
✔ Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain it (preferred).
✔ Experience or coursework in AutoCAD Civil 3D and engineering design.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
✔ Passion for environmental engineering and making a tangible impact.
