Feazel is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to recruit, coach, and drive performance for our Door-to-Door Appointment Setter team. This is a hands-on leadership role where your income grows with your team’s results.

Compensation

• Competitive Base Pay based on experience, $40,000 - $50,000
• Uncapped monthly bonus opportunities, Paid on team and personal performance
• Top leaders exceed $4,000+ per month in bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, train, and mentor Appointment Setters
• Set daily/weekly goals and track performance
• Coach communication and field execution
• Coordinate schedules and territories

• Leadership experience in sales, canvassing, or field marketing
• Competitive, results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
