The Financial Associate coordinates and executes reimbursements for over 250 residence life staff members. The position reviews documents to verify all approvals and proper documentation is in place before submitting reimbursements. Additionally, the Financial Associate coordinates and executes the purchasing of office supplies and programming supplies for the residence life unit, and provides support to the Assistant Directors in reviewing information in the eRezLife system.Â
