We're seeking an experienced, full-time dental hygienist to join our Team at New Dentistry in Knoxville, TN. Our Practice is a thriving general dentistry practice that has been flourishing in Tennessee for decades!

 At New Dentistry, we believe exceptional hygiene care is about more than simply cleaning teeth—it’s about being proactive, preventing disease, and building lasting relationships with our patients. We are looking for a hygienist who is personable, friendly, reliable, and passionate about patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in thorough periodontal assessment and treatment, patient education, and individualized preventive care. We utilize a phase-contrast microscope to evaluate biofilm and emphasize identifying and addressing periodontal concerns early rather than simply reacting to disease. Our hygienists play an important role in helping patients understand their oral health and feel confident in the care they receive. We value someone who is a strong relationship builder, works well as part of a team, and is eager to learn and grow professionally. 

The Hygienist we’re looking for will:

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Lead Dentist's clinical culture.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Have a high level of integrity and dependability.
• The ability to inspire confidence in colleagues, patients, and the communities we serve.

Hours and compensation:

• Pay is commensurate with experience
• Monday -Thursday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Knoxville, TN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Requirements

 License/Certification:

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Dental Hygiene
• 2+ years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
