IPS Employment Specialist

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (no weekends, nights, or major holidays)

Full-time (40/hour per week)

Locations available: Knoxville, TN, In-Person

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help individuals with mental health conditions or disabilities find and maintain competitive employment.
  • Build relationships with employers to create job opportunities that match clients’ skills and interests.
  • Assist clients in job searching, applications, resume building, and interview preparation. 
  • Work one-on-one with clients to identify strengths, work preferences, and career goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Will be required to complete initial IPS training.
  • Familiarity with the mental health services field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and networking skills.
