A well-established private single specialty group is seeking an associate partner with experience in otolaryngology.
The practice has been serving the community for over 30 years and includes 4 BC Otolaryngologists and a skilled midlevel team.
Candidates with an interest or experience in otology are preferred, and the practice offers ancillary services such as allergy treatment and hearing aids.
The financial package includes a guaranteed salary, partnership/surgery center buy-in options, excellent benefits, and a call coverage of 1:5 with no facial trauma.
The area serves over 400,000 residents and provides easy access to the Great Smoky Mountains along with various amenities.

You’ll join 4 BC Otolaryngologists and an experienced midlevel team. Interest or experience in otology is a plus. Practice offers the following ancillary services: allergy, balance center, hearing aids and some cosmetic care. Robotic system in place for those interested. Strong referral patterns. Share call coverage 1:5 w/no facial trauma.
