Chesapeake's West Knoxville is seeking an outgoing and Guest-focused Server to join our team!
Our Servers are responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, professional service from the moment Guests are seated through the completion of their meal. The ideal candidate is personable, confident, and able to anticipate Guest needs while maintaining an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere.
In addition to taking care of their assigned tables, Servers help keep the restaurant running efficiently by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean service area, and assisting fellow team members with food running and other service needs.

Job Requirements
- Enjoys working with people and contributing to a positive restaurant environment
- Consistently friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with Guests
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to accurately handle basic calculations
- Able to manage multiple Guest needs while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and other physical activity throughout the shift
- Previous restaurant or serving experience is preferred
