What you'll be doing:

  • Connecting brands to real people in real-time, all the time 
  • Contribute to best-in-class social media strategies spanning audience insights, channel mix, content strategy, community management, influencer marketing, and more  
  • Contribute to execution of omnichannel social campaigns from delivering creative concept through deployment, optimization, and performance analysis and reporting  
  • Collaborate with in-house creative directors, community managers, brand strategists, project managers, account teams, and analysts 
  •  Help drive social strategy and playbook creation 
  •  Present creative concepts and performance analysis to agency leadership and clients with authority and influence 
  •  Continuously explore new social platforms, functionalities, and technologies to push boundaries 
  •  Ongoing and obsessive social listening 
  •  Move at the speed of social! Which means more opportunities to make exceptional and impactful content


What you bring:

  •  3-5 years of experience in social media management, strategy and content creation  Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  •  Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools 
  •  Ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently under pressure 
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 
  •  Ability to proofread content for grammatical accuracy and maintain style consistency across pieces 
  •  Public speaking skills to ensure ideas are presented effectively and coherently 
  •  Passion for current and emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices 
  •  Strong project management and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  •  An attitude of positivity, adaptability, curiosity, and exploration
