What you'll be doing:
- Connecting brands to real people in real-time, all the time
- Contribute to best-in-class social media strategies spanning audience insights, channel mix, content strategy, community management, influencer marketing, and more
- Contribute to execution of omnichannel social campaigns from delivering creative concept through deployment, optimization, and performance analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with in-house creative directors, community managers, brand strategists, project managers, account teams, and analysts
- Help drive social strategy and playbook creation
- Present creative concepts and performance analysis to agency leadership and clients with authority and influence
- Continuously explore new social platforms, functionalities, and technologies to push boundaries
- Ongoing and obsessive social listening
- Move at the speed of social! Which means more opportunities to make exceptional and impactful content
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, strategy and content creation Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to proofread content for grammatical accuracy and maintain style consistency across pieces
- Public speaking skills to ensure ideas are presented effectively and coherently
- Passion for current and emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Strong project management and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An attitude of positivity, adaptability, curiosity, and exploration
