We are seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Senior Technical Delivery Manager to drive execution across cross-functional product and technology initiatives.
This hybrid role combines project management, Agile facilitation, and business analysis — serving as the critical bridge between Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. The individual carries direct accountability across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements through execution, operating as the central point of coordination across business and technical domains. You will play a key role in aligning teams, improving workflows, and ensuring delivery of scalable digital solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities
Project Delivery and Coordination
•    Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Business teams
•    Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with clear ownership, timelines, and accountability
•    Provide consistent visibility into status, risks, dependencies, and priorities for stakeholders and leadership
•    Proactively identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and delivery challenges
•    Manage interim solutions during longer-term platform or product enhancements, minimizing rework and misalignment

Sprint and Delivery Operations
•    Partner with the engineering teams to maintain visibility into sprint health, carry rates, velocity trends, and delivery predictability across teams
•    Support sprint discipline by surfacing systemic patterns (repeated carry, QA bottlenecks, mid-sprint scope changes) and partnering with teams to address root causes
•    Monitor and report on delivery metrics including sprint completion rate, cycle time, PR response time, bug rate, and release on-time rate
•    Help protect sprint integrity by coordinating unplanned work, production issues, and urgent requests without derailing committed sprint scope
•    Drive improvements in delivery predictability and execution maturity across the engineering organization
•    Maintain, configure, and continuously optimize project workflows within Jira
•    Support rapid reprioritization during high-impact issues without derailing long-term progress
•    Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Business Analysis & Requirements Management
•    Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements, translating ambiguous inputs into clearly structured, actionable specifications
•    Author detailed user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and RACI frameworks suitable for engineering consumption
•    Act as the requirements authority, ensuring alignment between Product and Engineering before development begins
•    Manage scope, flag conflicts, and maintain authoritative ownership of what is being built, the rationale behind it, and the standards to which it will be delivered
•    Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve workflows and execution
•    Drive standardization of processes and intake mechanisms to reduce manual effort and improve scalability

Product & Engineering Liaison
•    Serve as the primary connector between Product strategy and Engineering execution
•    Align teams on priorities, scope, timelines, and delivery expectations
•    Ensure clarity of requirements, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
•    Coordinate across teams to resolve blockers and maintain forward momentum

Documentation & Knowledge Management
•    Create and maintain centralized, accessible documentation for projects, processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
•    Establish and manage a single source of truth for teams and stakeholders
•    Facilitate meetings and provide clear notes, action items, and follow-ups

Stakeholder, Vendor & Cross-Regional Communication
•    Act as a trusted liaison between technical and non-technical teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels including senior and executive leadership
•    Present program status, risks, and strategic dependencies with clarity, precision, and appropriate executive framing
•    Synthesize complex technical and operational information into concise, decision-ready communications across varied audiences
•    Coordinate vendor evaluation workstreams (subscription platforms, observability tools, analytics vendors) alongside engineering and product leadership
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables meet contractual, operational, and quality expectations
•    Coordinate across teams operating in multiple time zones, including the United States and India, with a structured approach to asynchronous communication, cross-regional cadences, and shared accountability

Qualifications
Required
•    5–10+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst roles
•    Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product and Engineering teams
•    Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including facilitation of all ceremonies
•    Deep working knowledge of Jira and associated project and workflow management tooling
•    Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from concept through delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
•    Strong business analysis skills, including gathering requirements, documentation, and scope management
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt register and detail for varied audiences
•    Experience communicating project status and risk to senior and executive-level leadership
•    Experience coordinating work across distributed teams in multiple time zones
Preferred
•    Experience working in media, streaming, broadcasting, or content-heavy digital platforms
•    Background in engineering organizations that operate a pod-based or platform-team delivery model
•    Experience with delivery metrics and reporting
•    Familiarity with CI/CD practices, cloud-native architectures, and modern software delivery pipelines
