We’re looking for a dependable Class A Truck Driver based in Knoxville, TN to help keep our routes running smoothly. This position offers steady work, consistent miles, and pay that reflects your time and experience—plus the satisfaction of knowing you play a key role in keeping our customers stocked and our operations moving. Pay & Bonuses $0.52 per mile to start Higher mileage rates available based on experience $20 per backhaul, stop, or warehouse hour (more with experience) $11/hour for pre-trip, post-trip, and delay time (rate increases with experience) Regular pay reviews Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus Earn up to $800 per month Route Details 3–4 nights out per week Consistent freight Brokerage runs when needed What You’ll Be Doing Safely operating a Class A vehicle Loading and unloading freight securely Following assigned routes and GPS directions Completing pre- and post-trip inspections Maintaining accurate logs and reporting issues QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Valid Class A CDL Clean driving record Current DOT medical card Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs High school diploma or GED preferred  What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental benefit options Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with 5% company match Sick and Vacation pay Paid holidays Employee discount and merch program
