Iron Foundry Operator

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI 

Competitive Compensation: $26.55 per hour 

Shift: 1st Shift: 5:54AM – 2:18PM

We are looking for an Iron Foundry Operator – Pep set to join our Cast Iron division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. 

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 

• Primary position will be working Pep-set, you will manually pack sand into mold and properly process molds. Cast iron into molds and remove parts from molds when cooled.  

• Use of hoists and hand tools will be required.  

• Set-up and clean up area including the mixer at end of each shift.  

• Need to be PIV certified and LOTO certified.  

• Learn core machines and setting cores on the HWS molding line.

• Must be at least 18 years old. 

• Preferred Qualifications 

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 

• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
