Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI 

Competitive Compensation: $25.95, plus $1.50 shift differential 

Shift: 3rd Shift: 9:00PM - 6:18AM

We are looking for a talented Machine Operator to join our Cast Iron division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products. 

 

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities 

  • Operate Andromat robotic arm to sort castings and gating systems, drive forklift to haul sprues to melt yard and transport castings in boxes to designated storage locations, also required to palletize or hang the enamel ware coming off the HWS shakeout line.  

  • Must be PIV and LOTO certified and able to lift 50#s

Key Qualifications 

  • Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. 

  • Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. 

  • Must be at least 18 years old. 


Preferred Qualifications 

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 

  • 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
