Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI
Competitive Compensation: $24.55, plus $1.50 per hour shift premium
Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:30PM-10:30PM Plus Overtime

We are looking for Warehouse Associate - Zone 1 for our Distribution Center. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Associate will be required to learn and efficiently perform in all areas of “pick zones”. These areas will include, but will not be limited to: Shuttles, Picking, High Picking, Putaway, Replenishments and Overpack.
The ability to operate all PIVs, as required.
Ability to accomplish tasks on your own and with others is required.
You will be flexed as needed to other zones.
Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
The ability to operate all PIVs, as required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required
Ability to accomplish tasks on your own and with others is required.
