Opportunity

The Systems Analyst isresponsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing technology solutionsthat drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction across KohlerHospitality’s various business applications. This role serves as a liaisonbetween business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that system functionality alignswith departmental needs and strategic goals. The analyst will evaluate systemperformance, recommend improvements, and assist in the implementation of newtechnologies to optimize service delivery and user experience.

Thecandidate for this position exhibits diverse technical systems skills and aninterest in developing knowledge of Hospitality business processes.  They are detail oriented in their systems analysisand produce high-quality results in support of team and departmentinitiatives.  Actively listens tocustomers, IT department peers, and project subject matter experts to enhanceknowledge and experience with Kohler Hospitality’s business applications.

Specific Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate resolutions to incidents andrequests submitted to Hospitality Systems.  Responsible for oversight of Kohler’s incident tracking system(Service-Now).
• Analyze and address hardware, software, and connectivityproblems across all Hospitality applications.  Coordinate support services through internal and external technicalresources as necessary.
• Generate and maintain knowledge articles and standardoperating procedures pertaining to problem resolution and installation ofKohler Hospitality’s business applications and associated peripherals.
• Coordinate and perform installation,upgrades, and maintenance of the business applications and their associated architecture.  Conduct user account audits as assigned.
• Manage Kohler Hospitality’s computer and payment deviceinventories.  Perform annual physicalinventories to confirm models, locations, and counts.  Participate in the annual PC hardware expansionand replacement budgeting process.
• Actively participate in weeklyHospitality Systems department and Corporate IT change management meetings.Provide updates on resolved and outstanding issues, project status, anddocumentation progress.
• Achieve and maintain Hospitality applicationand hardware management proficiency that enables effective on-call support ofall Kohler Hospitality systems.  Shares on-callafter-hours/weekend/holiday support responsibilities with the other members ofthe Hospitality Systems department.
• Participate in internal/external educational programs, professionalorganizations, and industry events to enhance analytical and leadership skillswhile fostering relationships with vendor partners and industry colleagues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. Under some circumstances Associate Degree in Information Technology and minimum 2 years of IT experience may be accepted.
• Experience with Service-Now, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power BI, or AI tools considered a plus.
• Exposure to hospitality industry applications through operational use and/or IT support considered a plus.
