Blast Operator - Seasonal

Opportunity 

Kohler Co. is looking for dynamic, dedicated temporary manufacturing associates in Kohler, Wisconsin location. This is a great seasonal opportunity for college students and high school grads entering college in the fall to earn a great wage to help pay for their education.    
 
Individuals hired for our summer opportunities will be assigned to a production or service department to acquire the necessary skills to support the assigned department. The position often requires weekend work and/or mandatory overtime. Available opportunities will be on 1st and 3rd shift.

1st shift:  5am - 3pm, Mon-Fri | 5am-1pm, Sat | Voluntary Sunday
3rd shift: 7pm-5am, Mon-Fri | 9pm-5am, Sat | Voluntary Sunday

These positions will be available starting May 2025

Responsibilities   

• Will need to be PIV Certified and LOTO Certified 

• Scanners are used by the operators for tracking products 

• Job will include using hoists and manual lifts for unloading ware from molding line and skids, loading and unloading of blast machines and supplying the next operation with blasted ware  

• PIV operation as needed, and visual inspection of ware at various stages of process to ensure quality standards are met.  

• Other tasks required as assigned by supervision. 

• At least 18 years of age on or before start date in 2025

• Reliable attendance and work performance
