Project Analyst

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI
Opportunity
Under the direct supervision of the ProgramManager, the Project Analyst conducts business analysis and summarizes resultsto support strategic decisions. Responsibilities include developing data andstatistics, maintaining files for forecasting and planning, and assisting withprojects related to existing product lines or channels.Â
Specific Responsibilities:
Draft reports and presentations that highlight key metrics, operational opportunities, and resource data to support decision-making.
Prepare clear, professional documents using standard office software and technology tools.
Gather, organize, and summarize data for reporting and analysis.
Review existing operations and contribute fresh ideas to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.Â

Skills/Requirements
Required:Â
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data, or Finance.
Experience through coursework, internships, or projects in analytics or business operationsÂ
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Self-starter with a passion for learning and contributing to meaningful outcomes.
 Preferred Experience:Â
 Exposure to business analysis or peoplesystems through academic or project work.
Familiarity with creative teams and work management tools such as Workfront,Monday, or Workamajig.
