Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and versatile IT Systems Engineer to join our growing team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and values meaningful client and team relationships. We’re looking for a self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering quality solutions. Conduct research to find thoughtful and reliable solutions to complex technical problems. Communicate with clients and users promptly, respectfully, and relevantly. Document work in the ticket system quickly and with clear detail. Create user guides and system configurations within the documentation management system. Contribute ideas within teams to meet user needs strategically and efficiently. Troubleshoot technical issues and train end-users to identify and communicate their needs. Show willingness to learn new skills and stay committed to continuous improvement. Qualifications Related Degree in business information technology or 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Self-starter with the ability to pursue unique or strategic solutions. Demonstrated troubleshooting technique. Strong emphasis on communication skills, verbal and written, to both technical and non-technical users, and ability to communicate with any position within a company org chart (Executive to Frontline) Client-focused with an ability to nurture relationships with teammates and those we serve. Related CompTIA, ISC2, Microsoft, or Google certifications are desirable but not required. Experience with Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, helpdesk operations, network operations, DevOps, and Cyber Security is desirable but not required.
