This position gives the student a chance to learn basic office and business support tasks while earning school credit. Main Duties Help with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents. Enter basic information into forms, spreadsheets, and records. Assist with employee paperwork and onboarding materials. Help prepare packets, labels, schedules, and simple office documents. Support other departments as needed. Practice professional communication by email, phone, and in person. Keep employee and company information confidential. Complete assigned school and work-based learning requirements. What the Student Will Learn Basic office and business skills. How office staff supports employees. How departments work together in business. Workplace expectations such as responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism. Career awareness related to business and agriculture.
