How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Optimize patient therapy by reviewing medication orders to prevent drug-related issues and recommending effective alternatives.
  • Ensure medication precision through expert compounding and dispensing to guarantee patients receive the correct treatment.
  • Consult with clinical teams to provide drug expertise and data-driven insights for safe, informed bedside decisions.
  • Mentor pharmacy staff by overseeing technicians and precepting students to maintain a culture of clinical excellence.
  • Empower patient recovery through concise counseling on medication use to ensure a safe transition from hospital to home.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Pharmacist credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
