- Security and control of plant assets
- Financial statement and balance sheet integrity and accuracy
- Capital planning, SOX, internal controls
- Development and training of the Finance team, ensuring the Finance Team will have a comprehensive understanding of technical and leadership skillsāā
- Responsible for Losses deployment

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree
- Minimum 10 years of core finance or accounting experience
- Extensive understanding of technical manufacturing finance principles
- Business acumen (understands the operational segment of the business)
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent
- 6 years of experience in manufacturing finance
- Proficient in SAP and Hyperion Essbase and knowledge of the project writing system
- Prior supervision experienceā
- Capability to quickly adapt to changes in the business and labor environment
