We're Healthy Home Heating & Cooling LLC, and we're calling on a dependable, career-driven, and results-focused person to join our team in De Pere, WI. No experience? No problem! If you have the right drive to grow within the trade and do your best for customers, we want to hear from you!

WHAT A DAY AS OUR HVAC HELPER LOOKS LIKE:

This entry-level role works closely with our lead technicians to help carry out successful heating and air conditioning services. You'll gain hands-on experience in system repairs and maintenance, giving you the chance to deepen your expertise in the trade. Following directions from your lead, you'll help prepare job sites, use various tools, and complete general maintenance services on all kinds of heating and cooling equipment.

Our ideal candidate is hungry to learn more about the industry and eager to make a real impact on the community. If you're ready to give your best and deliver great customer service, we have a place for you on our team!

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work in various temperatures (mainly hot environments), climb ladders, and work in spaces like attics
• Ability to work well with a team, follow directions, and stay organized
• Availability to work rotating nights/weekends
• Valid driver's license
• Motivation to do your best and grow within this skilled trade
• Hands-on heating and air conditioning experience - a plus!
