What You'll Do As an HVAC Lead Installer, you'll lead residential retrofit and replacement projects from start to finish, ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead installation crews on residential HVAC replacement and retrofit projects Remove and install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment Perform system start-ups, safety inspections, and performance testing Check for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks to ensure homeowner safety Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance Explain system operation and completed work to homeowners Collect payments and complete required job documentation Maintain truck inventory and ensure tools and materials are job-ready Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses Paid time off, holiday pay, and vacation pay Company events and family gatherings Paid training and school reimbursement opportunities Qualifications What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Experience installing residential HVAC systems Strong knowledge of furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump installation Ability to lead and mentor installation team members Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments Preferred Qualifications EPA 608 Certification Lead Installer experience Experience with residential retrofit projects Additional HVAC certifications and training Ready to Take the Next Step?
