Folino Estate Winery is looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates in our Bottle Shop. As a Retail Associate, you'll provide exceptional guest service, offer personalized wine recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Overview:

Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide outstanding customer service
Assist guests as they shop within the Bottle Shop, answering questions and locating items
Suggest additional items to enhance guests' purchases
Must have weekend availability

Qualifications:

Minimum one year of retail experience in sales or customer service
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of merchandise currently being offered
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, reliable, and motivated
Basic math skills and ability to use a cash register
Patience when dealing with difficult guests
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
A team player with a "can do" attitude
High level of customer service skills
Ability to listen and communicate effectively with guests and team members
Outgoing, friendly, and enjoys interacting with people
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sell merchandise from the Bottle Shop in a fast-paced environment
Deliver outstanding guest service to retain and gain customers
Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Perform daily opening and closing procedures
Assist in maintaining the appearance of the Bottle Shop
Participate in meetings and marketing events
Contribute to wine tasting, wine, and gift shop sales goals
Maintain open and clear communication as a strong team player
