J & A Family and Implant Dentistry is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.

Location: 5940 Kyle Pkwy Ste 105 Kyle, Texas 78640

Work Schedule: Monday 8:30am-4:30pm Tuesday- Wednesday 8:30am-5:30pm Off Thursday Fridays 8:30am- 4:30p pm

 

2 doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix!

60min recare, 90min new patient appointment!

SRP - hygienists discrection! 

Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. 

Ability to earn daily + quartlery bonuses!

We have arestin, iTero, velscope + CE coverage available! 

Full time is a minimum of 30HRS to receive full benefits package to include Cigna PPO Health Care. Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits + More!

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Current dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification

 

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ years of clinical experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
  • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
  • As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
