How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Participate in the Registered Nurse Fellowship program designed for Registered Nurses (RN) with more than one year of experience transitioning into a new clinical specialty.
  • Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN), following established clinical protocols and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Observe, document, and communicate changes in patient condition to ensure safe, coordinated patient care and improved clinical outcomes.
  • Implement and monitor individualized care plans, executing physician orders and nursing interventions to promote quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) to support compliance, continuity of care, and regulatory standards.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
