We are seeking a Department Supply Technician to join our growing and thriving organization. This role serves as a critical link between Supply Chain and Patient Care teams, ensuring clinical departments have the products, equipment, and resources necessary to deliver high-quality patient care. What's Available:

  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly), benefit eligble

  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00PM

  • No weekends, No Holidays

  • Location: La Crosse, WI

  • Department: Distribution (Supporting Obstetrics and Nursery Unit)

What you will do:

  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure clinical departments have the materials needed to support patient care.

  • Order, receive, stock, and distribute medical supplies, equipment, and other essential products throughout hospital and clinic locations.

  • Monitor inventory levels, product usage, expirations, and recalls maintaining compliance and preventing supply disruptions.

  • Partner with clinical teams, Supply Chain, and vendors to improve inventory processes, resolve supply issues, and support operational efficiency.

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency

  • 2 years minimum previous experience in an inventory or supply chain related role.

  • Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
