Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

ITRS Project Coordinator

About the Role
Kwik Trip is seeking an organized and detail-oriented ITRS Project Coordinator 1 to support field service operations, project coordination, and scheduling activities. In this role, you will help ensure successful execution of technology-related field projects by managing technician schedules, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and coordinating logistics across multiple teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing communication, organization, and operational support.
What You'll Do
- Create and maintain field technician routes and schedules using geographic and scheduling tools.
- Coordinate technician assignments based on skills, equipment requirements, and business priorities.
- Communicate schedules, route updates, and operational changes to field technicians and internal stakeholders.
- Update and distribute field scheduling summaries and project status information.
- Initiate and manage workflow activities within field service management systems.
- Maintain project tracking tools and documentation for planned and completed work.
- Review and update project tasks, work orders, and case records to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
- Monitor project and workflow statuses to ensure tasks move through completion successfully.
- Create and maintain detailed task notes and supporting documentation for stores and technicians.
- Support field operations by creating work orders and coordinating project-related activities.
- Manage equipment and parts requirements while coordinating inventory and resource requests.
- Assist with store openings, remodels, and technology deployment projects by coordinating resources and supporting execution efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow, field service management systems, or similar workflow tools.
- Experience coordinating technician schedules, logistics, or project deployments.
- Familiarity with store technology, networking, or retail systems.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity and cable termination concepts.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday.
