Inland Packaging is a local label and packaging manufacturer seeking a Full Time Label Line Associate to join our growing team. Here at Inland, we print labels for brands like Kraft Heinz, New Glarus Brewing, Clorox, Leinenkugel’s, and Coors Light. Location: 2009 West Ave S. La Crosse, WI 54601

Starting Wage: $18.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential

Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 6:00pm - 6:00am

Work Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 6:00pm - 6:00am

  • Week One: Sunday - Wednesday
  • Week Two: Monday - Wednesday

Typical Day in the Role: 

The Label Line Associate is responsible for tasks that include:

  • Operating equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers
  • Inspecting and packaging printed product based on customer specifications
  • Assisting Machine Operator with production line performance to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
  • Problem solving issues that arise
  • Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree required
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude 
  • Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
