We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Manufacturing Operator to be part of our growing family. Location:Â 3030 Airport Road La Crosse, WI 54603
Starting Wage:Â $22.00/hourÂ
Shift: Rotating days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Work Schedule:Â Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend:
- Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours
- Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours
Typical Day in the Role:
The Cutter Operator is responsible for tasks that include:
- Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specificationsÂ
- Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
- Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
- Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
- Problem solving issues that arise
- Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitudeÂ
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
