A facility near Sparta, WI is seeking a full-time Phlebotomist to join their team!

Pay Range: $19-$24/hr (based on experience)

Phlebotomist Opportunity:

Permanent phlebomist position
Opportunity for full Monday-Thursday OR part-time Friday-Sunday schedule
Holiday rotation required for all phlebotomists
Performs phlebotomy and specimen collection procedures (venipuncture, heel and finger sticks, urine and drug screens for DOT and Non-DOT clients) across all age groups, ensures accurate documentation, processes lab orders in Epic, and prepares specimens for send-out and daily courier pickup.
Supports laboratory operations through inventory management, clerical tasks, verifying reference lab billing, and ensuring proper documentation and resolution of lab orders.

Phlebotomist Qualifications:

Phlebotomist certification from a nationally accredited agency (NCPT, NCCT, ASCP, NHA)
Previous phlebotomy or lab experience required
BLS required upon hire
