Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist – Full-Time | Near La Crosse, WI

Physical Therapist Pay & Benefits:

• Pay: $38.00 – $55.00/hour
  
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
  

Physical Therapist Role:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift
  
• Setting: Inpatient Acute Care (primary) with coverage in Post-op and Emergency Room as needed; potential outpatient coverage if inpatient volume is low
  

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatment planning, and patient/family education
  
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of muscle, nerve, joint integrity, and functional abilities
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
  
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans to support optimal patient outcomes
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist License or ability to obtain
