Your Role:
As a vital member of our sales team, you’ll help customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, and back pain. Successful Consultants use our highly consultative sales experience to improve lives. A genuine concern for the health and well-being of others is critical as we seek to help our clients find solutions to get back to the life they love. Â

Key Responsibilities:Â
- Engage customers through a consultative sales approach, with a passion for service Â
- Take ownership and accountability for personal sales metrics and goalsÂ
- Process transactions accurately, providing guidance on financing options and ensuring a seamless customer journey to reliefÂ
- Maintain timely and consistent follow-up, creating an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and referralsÂ
- Pursue self-development with a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities to innovate and improveÂ
- Manage a personal book of business and cultivate long-term customer relationships with customers and driving referrals Â
- Drive traffic through proactive Google reviews and word-of-mouth referrals to enhance the store’s presence in the communityÂ
Store Hours:Â
- Weekdays: 10 AM – 6 PMÂ
- Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PMÂ
- Sundays: 12 PM – 4 PMÂ
Saturday contests and lunch incentives.Â
This role requires weekends. Â
Physical Qualifications:Â
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds weeklyÂ
- Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventoryÂ
- Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shiftsÂ
