Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM (or until tasks are completed)
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our healthcare facility. This is a vital role that ensures a safe, hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
This is a consistent, weekday evening role perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and likes having their weekends free.
Your Responsibilities
- Sanitization: Clean and disinfect patient rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces.
- Restroom Maintenance: Deep clean and sanitize all restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming high-traffic areas.
- General Waste Management: Emptying trash bins, replacing liners, and ensuring waste is moved to the designated disposal areas.
- Restocking: Ensuring restrooms and clinical stations are fully stocked with soap, paper products, and sanitizer.
- Detailing: Dusting surfaces, cleaning glass/mirrors, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
Requirements & Physical Ability
- Movement: Ability to perform repetitive movements including reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and full use of arms.
- Lifting: Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds (trash bags, equipment, or supplies).
- Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Experience: Any previous cleaning experience (residential, hotel, or commercial) is acceptable! We are happy to train the right person.
- Reliability: You show up on time and take pride in finishing a job well.
- Efficiency: Ability to work steadily to complete tasks by the end of the shift.
