Resident Care Assistant – Overnight Shift (Irregular Part-Time)
Assisted Living at Hillview Health Care Campus – La Crosse, WI
Wage starting at 18.51 per hour + shift & weekend differentials
Schedule: 10:30 pm – 7:00 am | Alternating Thurs/Sun, then Fri/Sat | 0–39 hrs per pay period

What You’ll Do
• Support residents with personal care, daily living tasks, and maintaining a safe environment
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and keeping resident areas tidy and comfortable
• Administer medications according to the “Five Rights” and provide treatments as directed
• Observe, document, and communicate changes in resident condition
• Encourage independence whenever possible
• Maintain resident rights, safety, and confidentiality
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and post-mealtime cleaning
• Participate in recreational activities and community engagement
• Occasionally drive facility vehicles to appointments or events
• Uphold assisted living rules, safety protocols, and infection control standards
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, nurses, and team members
• Provide courteous, respectful service to residents, visitors, and the public
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated by helping others
• Ability to work calmly and confidently overnight
• Comfortable with hands-on care, including lifting and mobility support
• Able to follow care plans, document accurately, and communicate clearly
• Experience in RCAC or CBRF settings is a plus
• Listed on Wisconsin CBRF Employee Registry or willing to complete required courses
• Must be 18 years old and pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license required for transporting residents
