Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent Physical Therapist
- Schedule:Â 5x8s with flexibility for 4x10s
- Setting:Â Outpatient

Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment for outpatient clients in a hospital setting, with flexibility to assist inpatient care as needed, ensuring continuity and quality of patient-centered rehabilitation services across care settings.
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Physical Therapist must have or be eligible for a license to practice in state of WI
- CPR/BLS certification
