Opportunity Overview

Are you organized, comfortable working with customers, and interested in a flexible remote opportunity where no two travel requests are exactly alike? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our virtual team as Booking Experience Coordinator.

In this position, you will help travelers move from vacation ideas to organized reservations. You'll research available travel products, coordinate selected arrangements, keep booking information up to date, and help clients understand what comes next in their planning process.

Previous professional travel experience is not required. New team members receive onboarding, supplier education, booking-resource training, and ongoing guidance while learning the responsibilities of the role.

What You'll Work On

  • Gather trip information from clients, including travel dates, destination preferences, number of travelers, interests, and budget considerations
  • Research available hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, vacation packages, tours, excursions, and activities
  • Evaluate available choices based on client priorities, availability, and requested features
  • Present suitable options and provide helpful information to assist clients with making travel decisions
  • Coordinate selected accommodations, transportation, experiences, and other trip components through approved supplier resources
  • Enter and manage reservation information using designated booking platforms
  • Organize multiple reservation components into clear and manageable travel plans
  • Provide confirmation details, schedules, itinerary information, and applicable travel documents
  • Track payment dates, reservation deadlines, outstanding information, and other important booking requirements
  • Contact clients when additional information, selections, or documentation are needed
  • Provide updates as reservations are confirmed or travel details change
  • Assist with routine reservation modifications, cancellations, date adjustments, and traveler requests
  • Check booking records for accurate names, dates, destinations, services, and other important information
  • Maintain detailed records of client conversations, preferences, reservation activity, and follow-up
  • Use supplier resources and company tools to assist with travel-related questions
  • Participate in destination education, supplier training, and continued professional development

What You Can Expect

  • Remote work from approved locations
  • Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling options
  • Structured onboarding for new team members
  • No previous travel-industry experience required
  • Training on approved travel resources and supplier platforms
  • Continued mentorship and team guidance
  • Access to supplier webinars and destination-learning opportunities
  • Opportunities to develop skills in reservations, customer service, research, communication, and organization
  • Professional development and opportunities for expanded responsibilities
  • Performance-based incentives and recognition opportunities
  • Access to qualifying travel discounts and industry-related benefits
  • Collaborative virtual team environment
  • Continued education and skill-building resources
