About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at FourteenSixteen in La Grange, IL, as a Busser/Runner! This exciting role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love to contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to tables.
Clear and clean tables efficiently to maintain a tidy dining area.
Restock supplies and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Support the team during busy shifts to enhance overall service quality.
Help set up and break down dining areas for special events.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
Provide friendly and attentive service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Team player with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Basic knowledge of food safety practices. Food Handlers Certificate
Must be at least 18 years old.
