What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the execution of Southeast’s Guest Experience with intentionality and clarity.
- Recruit, train, lead, and appreciate volunteers for these areas of ministry:
- Greeters
- Ushers
- Parking Lot
- Hospitality
- New Here Team
- Connection Center Desk
- Weekday Building Hosts
- Special Event weekends & Holidays
- Ensure the sanctuary and atrium is prepared for weekend services.
- Create and manage ministry budget.
- Maintain alignment of the guest experience in conjunction with the mission, vision and strategies of Southeast Christian Church.
Our Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and a team player who interacts well with staff, members, and guests.
- Currently resides in or is willing to relocate to Oldham County.
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs.
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
- Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.
