Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Mold Cleaning Technician. The core hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. The hourly rate for this position is $21.90 per hour.

What you’ll do:
This position is responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, minor repair, lubrication, and reassembly of molds and dies.

- Assembles and disassembles molds; cleans, repairs, and lubricates
- Maintains a powered industrial truck license
- Maintains a clean work area
- Follows all environmental and waste disposal rules
- Maintains accurate records
- Recognizes and communicates mold problems
- Follows all safety rules
- Performs other duties as assignedÂ
Qualifications:
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
- Experience using inspection measuring equipment (micrometers, etc.)
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a multiple process-manufacturing environment
- Experience with various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of LaGrange, NC (50 miles) will be considered for this position.

- Machining apprenticeship or two years of work experience in a machine shop
