Job Summary: 

Food Service Workers perform a variety of kitchen and related food service tasks such as 
cleaning, serving in retail and pateint areas, food preparation, assembling trays, transporting food 
and supplies, dish and ware washing. They are responsible for maintaining proper food handling, 
safety, and sanitation according to federal and state guidelines. Adheres to hospital policies for 
information management insuring confidentiality, security, and integrity of data. Ensures 
compliance with all laws, regulations, and guidelines of federal and state regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Servesafe Food Handlers certificate or local Health Department license preferred.

Previous customer service or food industry experience preferred.
