Service Technician

Description

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing automobiles while following a strict set of company procedures, policies and guidelines. The Automotive Service Technician can communicate effectively with staff and customers and can pay close attention to detail when repairing sensitive equipment.

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Basic computer skills 
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, and customer service.
• Detail Oriented 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
• Must understand and keep up-to-date on all federal, state, and local regulations that affect the service department
• Must comply with the above regulations including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA and provide necessary training on these regulations and ethical practices
• Maintain all required training. 
• Must pass drug screening and background check prior to employment.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have Service experience
